"Satisfied with Acura Mission Viejo Service!"
Brought in an Acura TL for a recall and it was ready in 4 hours. Shuttle service was free from the dealership back to my destination and they also picked me up when the car was ready. They washed the car, vacuumed the inside, and took good care of the car. I liked the fact that the dealership wasn't very busy and that is probably true because of its location. No appointment was necessary, whereas, other dealerships request that an appointment needs to be made days in advance.
PROS: Not as busy as other Acura dealerships CONS: Speed of work
